How I Can Help
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck or anxious in life? Are you having difficulties in your relationships with others?
I offer an open and safe space where I can support you to look at the patterns in your life that may be holding you back. We can work together to reflect on your experiences and also work through the emotions that may be arising for you. Given patience and time, you will hopefully begin to rebuild the connection you have with yourself, changing your life in the way that you wish. Integrative psychotherapy works within a basis where change begins with the relationship and connection you have with yourself. As your therapist, I adapt to meet your needs, supporting you through talk therapy, as well as inviting one or a mixture of the arts which may include art therapy, sand tray, somatic practices (to work with the body) or breath work if you choose to. The use of arts in therapy is organic and no skill is required. It's found to be an effective way to work through challenging emotions alongside talk therapy. Benefits of our sessions together I work with people with a variety of challenges. Many have found:
